Event Description
Henry/Martinsville Health Department is offering a Flu Shot Clinic at the department every Thursday from 1 - 3 pm By appointment only. Call 276-638-2311 to schedule your appointment. Please bring your insurance cards. Do not attend if you are sick with COVID-like symptoms. Please wear a face covering when attending as well as short sleeves or sleeves that can be rolled up. A parent or guardian must accompany those under the age of 18. Flu shots are generally free to Medicare recipients. Call for information about cost.
