Who We Are
Fort Shelby Manor provides assisted living for older adults, people with mental illness or cognitive disabilities, and people who are homeless. Offers ambulatory care only. Beds are available for both males and females. Respite care is provided as long as there is space available. There is usually a waiting list; however, the wait is usually very short.
Early-stage Alzheimer's residents may be accepted. Accepts auxiliary grant residents. Transportation is provided to medical appointments. Other services are resident council and case management. Capacity is 44 residents.
