Who We Are

Caton Merchant House offers assisted living for the elderly in 78 apartment units. Features 24-hour nursing assistance for personal or medical needs. Offers an activities program, whirlpool room, beauty shop, library and main dining room. Respite care and Alzheimer's care are available.

Service areas: independent living and residential living are for those individuals needing minimal assistance. The Regular Assisted Living care provides more moderate help in daily living activities. The Special Needs Program is for those who need maximum assistance but do not need nursing home care.

The Professional Medical Services  is an in-house medical office available for health screenings, physical exams and simple office procedures. A podiatrist, audiologist and geriatric specialist visit monthly for the convenience of residents.

Accepts non-ambulatory residents.
