Who We Are
Ginter Hall South Assisted Living Community provides a full range of services designed to assist individuals 18 years and older. Services included are three nutritious meals per day, assistance with medication monitoring, 24-hour nursing care, social activities, and daily housekeeping.
Three levels of assisted living care are offered:
Independent (Level 1), Progressive (Level 2), Intensive (Level 3). Alzheimer's care is provided in the comfort of a safe secured unit. Individuals experiencing dementia and inconsistency are welcome in our community. Pricing varies based on care needs and room selection. Care needs are determined through the Uniformed Assessment Instrument (UAI) performed as the Director of Nursing reviews the needs of the individual. Room selections include Private and semi-private accommodations. All rooms are provided with individual climate controls, fire sprinklers, and call bell system. The community provides 24-hour nursing care.
Also provides respite care and caregiver support. Capacity is 85 residents for assisted living and memory care.
