Assisted Living

Chestnut Grove Home for Adults offers residential and assisted living care.  Limited assistance with activities of daily living is available to residents.  Offers apartments with central dining and activity areas, which include studio units and one and two-bedroom suites. Full-service hair salon/barbershop, library, personal laundry facilities, paved walking paths, and cookout facilities are some of the additional facility features.

The levels of care are based on the amount of time required to assist with activities of daily living. A functional, medical assessment is conducted upon admission and then regularly thereafter to assure that residents' needs are met. Non-ambulatory residents accepted.  The capacity is 104.
