Who We Are
The Park Oak Grove offers residential and assisted living care. Capacity is 164. Community features include 24-hour staffing, social, educational, and recreational programs, and activities, laundry facilities available at no charge, an onsite beauty salon, courtesy transportation, a library, religious services available, small pets welcome, and more. Wellness staff are on duty 24 hours per day, 365 days per year.
Services are provided for adults who require assistance with at least two activities of daily living. This level of service includes individuals who require assistance because of significant behavior problems. Facilities licensed for the assisted living level of care also may provide care to residents who require only the residential level of care.
