Who We Are
Chestnut Grove Home for Adults offers a variety of nonmedical services for persons needing any type of assistance with activities of daily living. All potential residents are welcome to come and tour the facility, regardless of their income or location. There are frequent on-site visits from nurse practitioners from local doctor's offices and case managers from Lee County Behavioral Health Services. Accepts non-ambulatory residents. The capacity is 104.
Amenities include a full-time activity directory; frequent shopping trips or trips for eating or just riding around. Veterans are welcome. Case management from the local Mountain Home in Johnson City visits the facility monthly and is available at any time for veterans' needs.
