Alleghany Highlands Community Services Board offers an array of services to people with behavioral health and substance abuse issues, and individuals with intellectual disability. Services include:
 

• Outpatient therapy for children and adults;
• Psychiatric treatment and evaluation;
• Clubhouse psychosocial day program;
• Case management;
• Assessments;
• Education groups;
• Intensive outpatient groups;
• Aftercare and relapse prevention groups;
• Family counseling;
• Respite care;
• Infant and Toddler Connection Early Intervention Program;
• Family support services;
• Medicaid Waiver support services;
• Residential group home;
• Emergency services 24 hours per day, seven days per week.
