Who We Are
The adult day care program is designed to enhance the quality of life and independence of the elderly and individuals with disabilities.
Adult day services may include adult day social programs, Alzheimer's day care, and adult day health care. The program is designed for seniors with health and/or social needs. Capacity is 25.
Assistance can be provided to seniors who are physically, mentally, or functionally impaired and require some level of care and/or require companionship or need supervision.
Door-to-door transportation may be provided for clients.
