The Arbors at Fair Lakes is an independent living community offering one and two-bedroom units. The total number of units - 281; the total number of accessible or modified units - 6; location of accessible units - first floor. Free shuttle service to the Vienna Metro Station. Community offers a basketball court, tennis court, swimming pool, car wash area, nature trail, and playground. This is not Section 8 housing.
The building entrance is wheelchair accessible; Handicapped parking spaces, curb cuts, ramps with handrails, grab bars (shower/tub), wide doorways (wheelchair accessible), etc.
Public transportation is a shuttle to metro.
