Advocacy for Domestic Violence

The Attorney General strives to enhance cooperation between state agencies, provide helpful information to victims of domestic violence and promote statewide awareness and education.  The Attorney General's Office also supports legislation to combat domestic violence and sexual assault.  

This office acts as an advocate for domestic violence services and victims; enhances cooperation among state agencies; supports effective coordinated responses to domestic violence by acting as a source of information to interested parties; and promotes statewide awareness and education.

No domestic violence counseling or legal advice is provided at this office.
