Who We Are
One on One Care can provide respite care for family members who need a break from caring for their loved one.
Hands-on personal care to include bathing, dressing and continence care are provided, as well as assistance with walking and transfers, meal preparation, light housekeeping, shopping and errands, transportation and friendly companionship. RN supervised employees are Nursing Assistants (Nurse Aides and Home Health Aides). Caregivers are bonded and insured.
Medicaid Certified PC Waiver Provider.

Intake Process
If you would like to receive services, our nurse will come out and evaluate your situation to determine the appropriate level of care for you. Then, our coordinator sets up a caregiver to go to your home within the week you request services.
