Who We Are
Dietcise is an 8-week program that combines effective fat-burning exercise in a non-intimidating group setting with nutrition education emphasizing balance, variety and moderation. Certified Group Exercise Instructors teach the exercise program and Registered Dietitians teach the nutrition classes.
Dietcise is for anyone desiring to:
* lose body fat
* maintain a healthy weight
* improve eating habits
* start an exercise program and/or
* have better control of blood sugar, blood cholesterol and blood pressure.
Average weight loss for Dietcise graduates is one pound per week with two to four inches lost from waist and hips. Approximately 82% of successful Dietcise graduates maintain their weight loss one year after program completion.
The Dietcise program includes Nutrition Class, Dietcise Exercise Class, Pre- & Post-Analyses, Body Composition Analysis at Week 1 and Week 8, 8-Week Membership Privileges at Riverside Wellness and Fitness Centers.
