Respite Care

Evergreen Health and Rehabilitation of Winchester offers respite care to give primary caregivers a much needed break, as long as space is available. 

Respite care in available in the skilled nursing center which offers 24-hour care and services provided by licensed medical personnel. In many cases, nursing care may only be required for a brief period of time, such as after a hospital stay, to enable residents to fully recuperate and return to their apartment or cottage. For those with chronic or progressive health conditions, the nursing center provides long-term, around-the-clock care in an atmosphere designed to preserve the dignity and comfort of each resident.
