Who We Are

The Loudoun County Department of Parks, Recreation and Community Services offers respite care at Adaptive Recreation camps for parents and caregivers of children and youth with disabilities. 

The camp location is Seldens Landing Elementary School in Leesburg, Virginia.  Registration is in March.  Visit the website for more information.    All camp programs are designed to meet the individual needs of participants who generally benefit from extra support as they strive for daily success within school, leisure and community settings.

Several camps are offered:  AR Day Camp for ages 2-13;  AR Teen Club for ages 14-21; and AR Specialty Camp programs.
