Who We Are
Ducks In A Row offers help to develop a timeline and plan for making decisions and organizing information so in the event of disability or death, all personal wishes and information are easy to access and understand. Our services include discussion regarding:
- options for preparing a will
- medical directives
- organizing family memorabilia
- burial/cremation preferences
- distribution of belongings
- memorial/funeral services
- financial planning and more
Individual and family consultations available. Clients are encouraged to seek professional help for legal and financial matters.
Mary Ann Stripling has a M.Ed. in Counselor Education from the University of Virginia, and a Ph.D. in Family Studies from Virginia Tech. She has been a High School Teacher, a High School Head Guidance Counselor, and a Professor of Counselor Education at Eastern Mennonite University.
Mary Ann's many years of professional experience as both a teacher and a counselor have given her the practical skills needed for end-of-life planning, while personal experience has given her an understanding for the importance of leaving your Ducks in A Row.
