Peer Support Services

The Fairfax-Falls Church Community Services Board (CSB) offers Peer Support Services. A Certified Peer Specialist is someone who has lived experience with mental health challenges, is now in stable recovery, and is trained to help others on their own journey to recovery.

A Certified Peer Specialist can:
• Meet with you individually for support and to help you develop your goals;
• Help you communicate effectively with your service providers;
• Provide recovery information and connect you to the recovery community.

Services are offered at the Gartlan, Northwest, Springfield, and Merrifield locations.
