Who We Are
Highlands Community Services' offers Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) Services, a unique therapy opportunity because it allows consumers to receive effective treatment without being required to share the details of their story with their therapist. Although talking through one's story is an option, it is not a requirement. EMDR can help with anxiety, depression, phobias, panic attacks, disturbing memories, physical and sexual abuse and more.
