Who We Are
A program of Horizon Behavioral Health, the Child and Family Center's Parent Center supports and promotes health, independence, and self-worth of parents and guardians in Central Virginia by providing the following:
- Parenting Classes & Parent Support Groups;
- Empowerment and Self-Improvement Programs;
- Individual Therapy & Case Management;
- Recreational Activities;
- Parent Advisory Board;
- Health & Nutrition Programs;
- Check-out Library;
- Food Pantry;

Intake Process
Call for a required appointment. Same day assessments for all ages are available Monday through Friday from 8:30AM-3:00PM. Same day assessments at the Bedford center are available on Mondays only.
