Who We Are
The Disability Rights and Resource Center (DRRC) offers Transition Services to persons with disabilities. The Center collaborates with school systems and other agencies to help students with disabilities transition from middle school to high school to work or post graduate opportunities.
DRRC also offers Transition Services information is also available about assistance and services tor eligible consumers transitioning out of a nursing home or other institution back into the community.
