Who We Are
Region Ten Community Services Board (RTCSB) helps adults with developmental disabilities to access a full range of daily living supports. This service is open to individuals who desire assistance with monitoring, linking and coordinating their services. Adult Case Management adheres to the guidelines provided by the Virginia Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Services (DBHDS).
