Angel Gate Health Services is a community living group home that provides services to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Their vision is to provide exemplary person-centered care in a home setting. This residential group home has space for less than 25 adults for a more one on one home. They offer complex health supports and behavioral supports.
