Martial Arts for Youth and Adults

Martial Arts is self-defense skills rooted in the principles of ethical-moral development. Make an appointment to meet with the staff who will assess your goals, explain our programs in detail, and answer any questions you may have. Lessons available to youth and adults.  There is a program for Military and Law Enforcement members. 

Summer camp is open to youth ages 7-13; call for information about other summer activities, including a sparring tournament. Please call for more information about classes, consultation and trial programs.
