Benjamin Borden Health Center (Borden Health Center) is the skilled nursing center at Kendal at Lexington, a LifePlan Community, also known as a continuing care retirement community. Direct admission to the nursing facility is allowed. Therapy services are available on campus. Facility is located on 85 acres of scenic farmland with views of the Blue Ridge Mountains.
40 semi-private nursing beds and 20 private nursing beds.
