Who We Are
Cross Over Health Care Ministry (CrossOver) offers dental care. This program provides dental care and specialty services to adults (18 and over). Services provide exams, x-rays, cleanings, fillings, extractions, and a limited number of dentures are provided. The clinic's purpose is to treat people with no other access to dental care.
This dental program is open to uninsured and Medicaid recipients who are also established primary care patients with CrossOver.
Call for information about the location of dental services. This location may not be accepting new dental patients.
