Who We Are
Daily Planet Health Services can offer a wide range of healthcare for all ages. Appointments are available on a same-day/next-day basis once a patient is registered. Most insurances are accepted, and in addition, a sliding scale fee for uninsured patients is available. Examples of medical services include:
- Acute care of illness (bronchitis, strep throat, sinus infections, and rashes, contact dermatitis)
- Wellness visits for all ages
- Women’s health services including LARC insertion, replacement, and removal
- Family Planning
- Vaccines
- STI testing and treatment
- Medication Assistance Programs – reduced cost and/or free medications available based on income.
Daily Planet Health Services open access appointments are available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Services at this location: Primary Care, Behavioral Health (Mental Health & Substance Use Disorder Services), Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT), Dental Care, and Case Management.
The cost of services is determined during the financial screening process. A sliding fee scale is used for those who qualify.
