Who We Are
Tri-Area Community Health is a Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC) and functions as a family care clinic for children, adult and geriatric patients. Services include general family practice, emergency service, X-ray, minor office surgery, stress and allergy testing, dental maintenance and family planning. Medications as prescribed by the provider at the clinic and processed through the mail. Preventive health screenings are also available. Minor surgery is done (removal of skin cancers, warts, etc).
Medication Assistance Program is available, as well as behavioral health services.
Discounts are available based on income.
