Who We Are

Roanoke City Victim Witness program is in place to provide information and assistance to victims and witnesses of crime. Services include: restitution, compensation through the Criminal Injuries Compensation Fund, court notification and referral services.  Call to learn your rights as victims under the Virginia Crime Victim and Witness Rights Act.  Staff will provide information, support and referrals to programs and resources in the community to make the process of the criminal justice system as smooth as possible.
