Who We Are
Alleghany Care and Rehabilitation Center provides rehabilitation therapy such as physical, occupational and speech therapy; specialized rehabilitation for amputation, arthritis, orthopedics and stroke, outpatient physical, occupational and speech therapy, prosthetic and orthotic services.
Center assists in recovery from orthopedic or reconstructive surgery, trauma or a neurological condition. Private and semi-private rooms are available with phone, TV and internet access.
Serves North Carolina counties of Surry, Ashe, Alleghany and Wilkes, as well as Grayson County in Virginia.
