Who We Are
Bland County Health Department is part of the Mt. Rogers Health District. Some of the services offered are health education, health screenings, HIV/AIDs and STD testing and treatment, immunizations for children, adults and travel immunizations, flu and pneumonia vaccinations, personal preventive health care, monitoring of community health problems, environmental health protection, and more.
Most services are offered on a sliding fee scale based on income. The Health Department seeks to help Bland County residents achieve and maintain optimum personal and community health by emphasizing health promotion, disease prevention, and environmental protection.
