Who We Are

Alexandria City Public Schools offers a Parent Resource Center.  The Anne R. Lipnick Special Education Parent Resource Center provides support to parents of children with special needs living in the City of Alexandria. This program provides workshops, support groups, advocacy training, education, disability issues, including impact on the family. A lending library is available to parents and teachers. 

Call 703-824-0129 to learn more about the special education process, borrow materials from the lending library, access the resource file and to learn about the many different ways special education services can be provided.
