Who We Are
Minority Health Coalition of South Hampton Roads is a community partnership offering health screenings with the mission to improve the health of the minority community in Southside Hampton Roads. The organization delivers services that improve individual health, including screenings for blood pressure, cholesterol, cardiovascular risk, kidney disease, stroke and more.
Information about flu shots in the fall and winter is provided.
Health Education initiatives: Breast Cancer; Cervical Cancer; Prostate Cancer; Colon Cancer; Diabetes; cardiovascular Disease and Sickle Cell Disease.
