St. James The Less Free Clinic provides patients health care, medications, referral for diagnostic testing, and specialty care as needed. Professional and non-professional volunteers offer free medical and dental care to eligible, uninsured, low-income residents of Hanover County.
Patients must call for a pre-screening telephone interview and meet with a counselor to determine eligibility.
Their services include comprehensive medical care; dental exams, hygiene, restorations, and dentures; prescription drug assistance; eye exams and glasses; and diabetes education.
