Family Homes, Intellectual Disabilities

Family Sharing's sponsored residential service is a unique program which enables an individual with intellectual disabilities the opportunity to be a part of a family and community as opposed to living in a group home or institution.   The sponsor (the individual or family providing services in their home) is responsible for ensuring the customer’s health and safety, implementing the Individual Service Plan (ISP), delivering services, coordinating and tracking medical care.  Sponsoring a customer can be an exciting and rewarding career opportunity.
