Who We Are
Mended Hearts offers education and support to heart patients and their families. Information about support groups is available. After diagnosis, treatment, or surgery for heart disease, patients and families have serious concerns and questions. Mended Hearts chapters offer bi-monthly or monthly group meetings where heart patients and families support one another.
The HELP line, 1-888-432-7899 (1-888-HEART99) can direct you to a Mended Hearts chapter within your area and trained volunteers also answer questions and concerns of heart patients and families.
Mended Hearts has partnered with Inspire to create an online support community. This community will provide avenues for patients and caregivers to connect with one another to share stories of inspiration and communicate important health updates. Visit Inspire/Mended Hearts Online Support Community
