Who We Are
The Daily Planet serves community partners and those who can benefit from health screenings, assessments, physicals, medications, counseling, and/or connection to other services offered within the integrated health system of The Daily Planet. Healthcare providers deliver these services at several outreach sites. After the initial assessment, individuals are encouraged to come to the Daily Planet for follow-up healthcare.
Outreach sites include:
- Two mobile units that provide care throughout Greater Richmond
