Who We Are
Classes are offered to help individuals lose or control weight and to help individuals in strengthening the body for fitness. Weight management counseling is available one on one. Personal fitness training is also available.
A class for women - "Strong Women Group Weight Training". Improve muscle tone with small group on women, experience weight loss and improve energy level. This is a 12 week class with a one week break. Currently offered January - March.
Improves self-image, self confidence, stress coping, improves bone density and strength and endurance.
