Who We Are
Eastern Virginia Medical School participates in the Every Woman's Life (EWL) program, a public health program that helps uninsured, low-income women gain access to free breast cancer screening services. Screening and early detection reduce death rates and improve treatment options.
Mammograms, pelvic exams, Pap tests, and other cancer screening services are available.
Also offered is the Wise Woman program which provides high blood pressure, cholesterol, and glucose screenings.
