Housing Assistance and Placement

The Endependence Center, Inc. (ECICIL) offers housing assistance or placement service.  Staff coordinates with public and private housing agencies to secure housing options that are accessible, affordable, and suited to participant needs.  Individuals receive services to assist them to prepare for independent housing.  Assistance is provided to secure resources for emergency housing needs.

Accessibility: TRT provides transportation to the Endependence Center. TDD services are available. This Program is funded through the Virginia Department of Rehabilitative Service, local government, and other governmental entities. A qualified sign language interpreter may be scheduled.
