Workshop for Parents of Children with Special Needs

ThisAbility offers free workshops for parents of children with special needs.  Workshops are offered throughout the year. Workshops are sponsored by various organizations.  Workshops may focus on the role of the parents and professionals, how the collaboration between the two helps to ensure healthy child development, effective communication skills, bridging the communication gap, recovering from communication barriers, and more.
