Who We Are

Parent-Child Nurturing Classes offer a “whole family” service approach to preventing child abuse, working diligently to remove all barriers to participation. Class facilitators educate parents on appropriate, positive parenting practices as together with their children, parents work to learn the importance of family rules, the concept of choices, value of consequences and compassionate child development.

These three programs work to help families become more compassionate and nurturing by teaching alternatives to corporal punishment, improving communication and setting realistic family expectations.
