Who We Are

The Disability Rights and Resource Center (DRRC) is a one stop resource center for people with disabilities. The Center helps individuals locate the resources needed to become or remain independent in their homes and their communities. The Disability Rights and Resource Center provides assistance in gaining equal access to services to which people with disabilities are entitled. The DRRC offers:

  • peer counseling,
  • advocacy,
  • independent living skills training,
  • transition services
  • information and referral services.

The center offers information about assistive devices, recreation, accessibility, legislative matters, advocacy, employment, housing, support groups, sensitivity training,  Americans with Disability Act and other disability-related issues.
