Who We Are
Fusion Physical Therapy offers a Fall Prevention program. A Physical Therapists can assess and individual to determine their risk of falls and will develop an individualized program based on his or her specific needs. Interventions may include:
- Coordination activities such as obstacle courses to improve balance and walking
- Strength training and stretching exercises to improve weakness and mobility
- ADL training such as transfers from multilevel surfaces and choosing the appropriate assisted device to prevent falls.
A special aquatic program is available for adolescents and adults with Autism to help with balance.
