Who We Are
The Easterseals UCP (ESUCP) Early Childhood Outreach program offers case management and direct education services for children birth to age three with developmental delays or disabilities and their families. Another service offered through this program is a developmentally based playgroup that provides the opportunity to work on social and play skills in a structured environment.

Other Eligibility Criteria
Ages 0-3 early intervention; 0-5 playgroup. Early Intervention program requirements = a 25% or greater delay in one area of development, atypical behavior or development, or a diagnosed physical or mental condition that has a high probability of resulting in a developmental delay.
Intake Process
For playgroup, contact Hope Key. All Early Intervention referrals for the area are processed through the Central Point of Entry at the Roanoke City Health Department.
