New Horizons Healthcare is a Community Health Center which is a nonprofit private corporation located in a medically underserved area to provide comprehensive primary health care to anyone seeking care. In addition to treating individual patients, a health center emphasizes health promotion and disease prevention for entire communities.

This location serves Adult and Pediatric Primary Medical Care including an Office-Based Opioid Treatment Program (OBOT).
