Housing programs for adults with developmental disabilities, sensory impairments, physical disabilities or multiple disabilities to live in their own homes or apartments. Residents generally have basic self-help skills and may take responsibility for employing and supervising aides to assist them in meeting their personal needs.

Group homes are Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Services (DBHDS) licensed homes with staff available 24 hours per day to provide skill building and other direct supports.

Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Services (DBHDS) licensed program which provides individuals with developmental disabilities the opportunity to be sponsored by the individual or family providing services in their home. The 'Sponsor' is responsible for ensuring the customer’s health and safety, implementing the Individual Service Plan (ISP), delivering services, coordinating and tracking medical care.
