Who We Are
At Highlands Community Services, Horizons day support is both a center and community based program for individuals with intellectual disability who are ages twelve years through adulthood. This program provides assistance to increase socialization, life skills, communication, and more through community resources (e.g., field trips and volunteer opportunities) and center-based activities (e.g., arts and crafts, personal hygiene education, and horticulture).
