Who We Are
Stroke Support Group meets on the 1st Monday of each month at 4:30 pm at Warren Memorial Hospital Outpatient Center conference room. This group provides opportunities for support, sharing experiences and education for persons who have had a stroke, their family members and/or caregivers.
