Who We Are
Shenandoah Place is a residential and assisted living care facility that provides care and services for adults who require assistance with at least two activities of daily living. This level of service includes individuals who require assistance because of significant behavior problems or who require only the residential level of care. Short-stay, respite, and long-term care are available. The capacity is 19 residents. Services include:
- Three wholesome meals provided daily;
- Snacks and beverages provided daily;
- Housekeeping services;
- Laundry services;
- All utilities included (except private phone);
- Assistance with activities of daily living, or ADLs;
- Short stay, respite, and long-term care;
- Hospice participation;
- Full-time Registered Nurse on staff;
- 24-hour supervision;
- Activities and entertainment.
