Who We Are

The Miracle League is a national organization determined to bring the game of baseball to children with disabilities. The Miracle League facility removes all barriers and opens doors for many families whose children have never participated in an organized sport within an organized league. Children between the ages of 3 and 22 with physical, visual, and cognitive challenges from Richmond and surrounding counties are welcomed. Online Registration begins in January of each year. They play a spring/summer and fall season. With a specially designed turf field, the Miracle League makes dreams come true for children with special needs. The baseball field is rubberized so every child has a chance to play. Flat cushioned synthetic surface; oversize dugouts for wheelchair access; paved trails.

There are 17 locations in the Greater Richmond area. Visit Find a YMCA Location to find a YMCA near you.
